Apollo Printer with XP Home

When I used Win98 my Apollo P-2100U printer driver allowed me to select a number of different ways of printing, "book" etc, I found this very useful. Since changing to XP Home I can still use the printer but don't have these options any more.
I tried my driver disk but the system tells me that no driver is required for this printer as it is built in to XP so I am stuck, has anybody met with the same problem and if so is there a workaround?
please help a very frustrated mistersid

Yes there's a workaround. Stop using a crap printer and buy a proper one.

Use the shareware from www.fineprint.com. It's a very discontinued printer
and HP (the manufacturers) decided it was uneconomical to write updated
drivers for the unit. Microsoft included drivers so that you can still use
it, but they may not have all the features you were used to. Fineprint will
let you regain these.
