APIPM.EXE ????

When booting, the following message comes up, and the boot process stops..

APIPM.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. It then asks if
you wand the problem sent to microsoft....

any ideas ???

No hit at google for APIPM.EXE which makes it highly suspect,can you boot
into safe mode?
