APA format does not indent 2nd line on reference page

I have my reference page set to APA format, but when I create the reference
page, it does not indent the 2nd line of each citation. My school professor
is being patient with me, but I need to find out how to correct this before
my final paper is due. Does anyone know how to correct this in Office 2007?

Thanks

Hello Laura,

I've been having the same problem and I'm very frustrated. Also, there is
no "Reference Heading", only bibliography and works cited. The formatting
feature was one of the main reasons I updated my software. If you find out
about this, please let me know.

Thanks

The only resolution I've found on this is: I have to send it to my e-mail
address at work and then open it up in 2003 word. Then, I can use a hanging
indent. Otherwise, I haven't been able to find a solution to this. I don't
know what else to do about this - maybe we should notify Microsoft.
