AOLPress

I've used the AOLPress for building website. This is an old software
developed by AOL that is no longer supported. My question is how difficult
is FrontPage to learn given that I've built webpages (with basic stuff like
forms and links before?

It's impossible to say "how difficult" it is to use, as we know nothing
about your capabilities. However, I can tell you that FrontPage is arguably
the easiest tool set to learn, and costs much less that its chief
competitor, Macromedia Dreamweaver.
