i have 4 users on my xp home version and aol works fine
on 3 of them ..on the other user it freezes before i get
to the sign on screen..please help me solve this

If they are all on the same computer, the settings for the
fourth user may have become corrupted. Try removing the
user and re-installing him (or her).
