AOL vs Outlook Express

I use AOL Broadband for my e-mail at home. They (AOL
Tech Support) tell me they do not support POP3 and SMTP.
So, I cannot setup Outlook Express with the correct
server inputs, it is asking for under Mail. When I
attempt to use MS Newsgroups - Windowsxp.Security from
within AOL. It say "sorry you are not allowed to access
this area".
Is there something I can do. I want to be able to reply
to people problems and forward problems, etc.

Yeah, Get rid of AOL. It's crap.

David, I agree....AOL and Microsoft are pulling that "proprietary" stuff. I
will use my work servers setup. thanks.

Also, thank you Kevin for the reply and suggestion on ENetBot. I looked
into it, as well.
