Email I send to AOL subscribers recently is being returned thus:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<[email protected]>:

Can anybody suggest what the problem is please? I replied to the same person

Hi - this isn't a Windows XP issue....and it's not a mail client issue,
presuming you know the recipient's address to be valid.
AOL is rejecting mail from your mail *server* - if you don't run your own
SMTP server in-house, you should contact the people who *do* - such as your
ISP, mail host, whomever.

In addition make sure the person you are emailing doesn't have the addr. you
are sending from blocked.

Actually READ the error message: It specifically tells you what went wrong,
and in this case also gave you a URL to go to for an explaination.
