Anything tricky about moving data between users???

I would like to move some folders from user "A"'s My Documents to user
"B"'s My Documents. Can I simply do the move in explorer, or do I need
to be aware of & make adjustments to the registry. are the rules
different for data versus programs?

Just files like documents, pictures, favorites even?
Have full rights to both documents and settings user folders?
Then copy works.

More than just pictures, documents, etc (settings, etc?)
Try using the Files & Settings Transfer Wizard.

Moving actual programs - not just shortcuts - from computer to computer is
not that easy. Reinstall the application.

Also - if all you need is the shortcuts for a program so another user can
see them - put the shortcuts in "All Users" - that means you both share
those.
