TCP\IP printing and printer pools perhaps? What is the objective,
redundancy?

Yes. It is redundancy incase the print server hosting my printers goes
down.

This article explains how to configure a print server cluster which would
give you redundancy if the print server failed.

And this one talks about printer pools which are useful if the print device
(ie the printer itself) fails.

A combination of these two solutions would leave you with a very robust and
redundant printing solution, although it would be rather expensive to
implement.

Thanks Simon, that hepls.
