I'm trying to solve a problem where unless I disable my Xpert98 (second
video card in system) the Displays property sheet page doesn't appear.

How does one identify the maker of an OEM card made by an ATI Partner. I

have a 9800SE All In Wonder. The supplier was out of the Hercules card when
I ordered and said that the one on sale at a cheaper price was either made
by Connect 3D or Powercolor.

Funny it's even there then as the only thing I ever want of MMC is Video-In
from my Radeon 7200.
