anyone know of a good screen recording program?

I'm trying to record some streaming videos. Right now I'm using
FrontCam and I also tried one name SD-something-or-other and neither
works very well. I was unable to find any others using Google.

Thanks for answering but I'm not interested in trial versions, that's
why I'm posting the question in a freeware group.
