called DeadLine ....

It appears to be freeware and includes parametric equation solvers
which are mentioned on right side of page under new features ....

I haven't tried it myself ....

You might try LSAPM (Leon's Simple Audio Mastering Program) It may be more
than what you are looking for but it has a parametric eq.

so EQ normally translates for me
as equation instead of equalizer ....

coming up with math sites as well as sound sites.

I also learned about the existence of some sound technology

I think the parametric equations and the way a parametric equalizer
functions are related...

I might be mistaken but you can look into it.

What are the mathematic rules an equalizer follows to change a sound?
