Any way to do File & folder Renaming as done in W98?

Having to rename a folder by right clk and running down to rename is
very slow and awkward.
Anyway to do as we did in w98 ;clk slowly twice on the folder name to
do so?

That works with renaming files, but not folders. Just right click the folder
(or file) and press the M key.
