any way to delete duplicates in Outlook?

In my importing into Outlook, I specifically "ticked" do not import
duplicates, but Outlook2002 did so anyway! How can I get rid of
these without physically going through the inbox and manually
deleting them? There doesn't appear to be any way aside from this.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
