I cannot find this rule but hope there may be a way.
I use 3 accounts, so I can send mail with a choice of 3 outgoing email
addresses.
BUT, incoming mail all comes in from the same POP3 server. I.e. I use 1
account for all my incoming mail, not 3. (Long story, but that's the way it
has to be.)
When doing a send/receive, it sends from all 3 accounts, but only receives
from the 1.
However this means all incoming mail e.g. that is to my email address in
account 2, is assigned to account 1 by Outlook. The downside of this is
when I click Reply, I have to manually change it to be sent by account 2, to
retain the same sender address. Otherwise it is sent by account 1.
Is there any way via rules etc. that I can assign incoming emails to a
certain address, to account 2?
