Hi - when you post in here, always include your version/mode/SP level of
Outlook (from Help | About), what kind of mail account(s) you use, and any
other pertinent details. Put the summary in the subject line and all the
details in the body of your post. For example, what does corrupted mean? Do
the recipients get a winmail.dat file? If so, she needs to send using plain
text or HTML, not rich text.

In addition, you might want to consider using a newsreader like Outlook
Express or Forte Agent rather than the web interface to the newsgroups -
it's a lot easier to do nearly everything there, including searching, which
is always a good idea to do before you post, as well as mark messages to be
watched, and filter based on replies to your posts.

The Microsoft public news server is msnews.microsoft.com and you can
subscribe to as many groups as you like.
