Any P2P telephony for Win98?

Hi all,
I was trying to launch Skype on Win98 machine with no success. Then I
realized that Win98 support on Skype is not guaranteed.
Is there any software (not particilary free) for P2P telephone on
win98 (no messengers (Yahoo, MSN) - their quality sucks!)?

I just had someone email me a hard to find version link. I'm out of
room at my site presently, so I cannot add it. Here is a copy of the
email:

"Internet CALL is a software providing point-to-point real-time
voice communciations over Internet. It can be operating in half
duplex or full duplex mode. Internet CALL is a free product
developed by Department of Eletronic Engineering, the Chinese
University of Hong Kong, under the project "Interactive Voice
Communications systems".
