Any issues with running Exchange 5.5 on W2K3?

I know Exchange 2003 would be better but they don't want to buy any license
upgrade and they don't want to run AD - they currently have an NT4.0 Domain.

What Dave said.

In addition, I'm not sure if you mean that you want to run Ex2003 in
an NT4 Domain. If so, then this will NOT work. Exchange 2000 (and I
assume Exchange 2003) *requires* AD to run.

Having re-read the original question, the above is slightly
off-target. However it is still true that if you *eventually* decide
to go Ex2000/2003 you will also have to go Win200/2003 Active
Directory.
