Any freeware to replace win98 SE log in window??

hi all,

is there any freeware to any technique to replace the windows 98 log in
window with and make it more secure? because sometimes if the user doesn't
enter the user name and password and press cancel it still starts windows
.... is it possible to disable the cancel button?

Win98 is not really secure.

You just need a registry change.
