Any free WMA editors?

I 'd particularly like to be able to normalise without converting to another
format first.

There are some programs which will mormalise mp3's without loss in quality.
I wonder if this is possible on wma's?

I do not think so, but you should ask at Hydrogenaudio.

dbpoweramp converts a lot of formats, it might be able to do what you
require.
