Any free programs that help set variable recurring appointments

I did a search and found that there is a 3rd party program for scheduling
variable reoccurring appointments in Outlook, but I'm wondering if anyone
knows of a free program? My company is not interested if we have to pay (a
mealy $15). I loved the way I could do it in Groupwise.

Or is there a way I can copy my appointment and paste it in new dates,
rather than having to create a new one each time?

thanks!

Actually I figured out my 2nd question RE copying. I found out I could
select only the dates I wanted to copy to so they are right next to each
other (like in a weekly view) and was able to hold down CTL and drag the appt
to the next day, and so on. It's still not how I want to do it, but it did
save time from going from month to month.

Drag with the right mouse button. Also you can use the Date Navigator to
help. Drop meetings on the day you want.
