Any CyberLink PowerCinema users? - How to capture closed captions?

I'm using CyberLink PowerCinema version 5 along with Pinnacle HD
PCTV Pro Stick. I can view TV programs with closed captions, but
closed-captions don't show up on the recorded video. Does anyone
how to capture video along with closed captions with this
program?

If you find PowerCinema to be inferior in TV viewing, can you
suggest something else that might be compatible with Pinnacle HD
PCTV Pro Stick? Thanks.

Have you tried tech support at either Pinnacle or CyberLink ?
