is there an antivirus that comes with windows xp if so
how do i access it.

No.
Many computer manufacturers supply an antivirus application with the
computer but none is a part of Windows XP.

If you do not have one already, get one and install it as soon as
possible.

If you already have an AV program, go to www.grisoft.com and download their
free program. It's quite good.
