version of Microsoft AntiSpyware has expired as
31.7.2005.???????? Please contact Microsoft ......."
And program cannot running.

In control panel look for where your locale is set--the settings that
determine how dates are shown for your national location. There are short
and long date formats associated with the locale. Reset those to the very
first choice in the drop-down box for your locale.

This works for many, but not all, locales and versions of Windows. I
believe the beta does not work for Japanese Windows versions at present.
