Antispyware wont uninstall

Every time i load windows it tells me i dont have auto
update on. i have 56k and hve varly enough bandwidth to
view web pages, let alone have windows download updates all
the time. I tried to uninstall it from control panel
add/remove programs. it took it off the list but did
nothing. It wont even let me turn it off. is this a joke.
how could you betray the trust of a cstomer. i will not
have my privacy invaded and i will be forced to contact you
guys further if i am not imformed on how to get this
bull$hit joke of a program off of my computer that i paid
for with my hard earned money.

Please kindly help me,
I installed successful the microsoftantispyware, then occured a window
asking me Allow or Block the Kenel32.dll. I did Blocked it. After restart,
my computer can not view the icons as normally, just a screen only. So
please help me solving this. Thankyou for your help.
