Antispyware remains free?

I have read thoroughly the AntiSpyware FAQ, but I did not
find clear statement whether MS Windows AntiSpyware will
remain free after the Beta phase or not. It says:
"The beta release of this software will not require
registration." and "Customers will be invited to
participate in the (Windows Genuine Advantage) program, but
they will be able to get the beta software even if they
choose not to participate."
Strictly it does not mean that the final version of
AntiSpyware remains free. Dear Microsoft, I wait clear
declaration about it. Obviously it strongly affects if I
use it in the future (So far I used AD-Aware Personal Ed.)
