Antispyware install on shared PC

the MS antipsyware is installed on shared PC, but each
user who connect on has to configure it...
Users have to be admin or just "user" ?
Is it possible to have ONE configuration for all users ???
and if no session connected... no updates, no scan
etc... !!!
 
Limited and multiple accounts is not supported in this release, should be
fixed by beta 2.
