Antispyware Deleted Utilities from Pocket PC

After installing Microsoft AntiSpyware (Beta) I lost these three
programs from my iPaq RX 3715:

Diabetes Pilot
ePocrates
HandBase

The Data Files remained, just the programs were gone.

Running behind both ZoneAlarm Pro and AS, the three refused to install
again.

When I turned off AS, programs reinstalled.

Please advise.
