AntiSpyware Beta and IE access

After installing the MS AntiSpyware Beta, it worked fine,
until I rebooting the machine. Now I get messages that
tell me the browser can't find the server? I tryed all of
the normal updates/fixes. I even re-installed the TCP/IP
stack? What do I do next?
