Anticipated Activation Problem

I just upgraded my Win XP Home system to a new motherboard. THAT filed
miserably and I had to re-install XP yet again, this time having to call for
a product activation. I have just ordered a new processor for the new
motherboard and I wonder what the odds are of my having to do this yet again
for the processor swap. Am going from an AMD Athon 1.4 GHz to an Athlon XP
3000+. Nothing else will change with this swap, just the processor.

And if I will have to do all this over again, what exactly can I upgrade on
my system without having to do this over and over and over and over ....

THANKS!

Had a P3 600 here and updated to new motherboard, different ram and a P4
1.7Ghz chip. Didnt have to reactivate at all.
