Anti-Spyware

I just installed this - it asked me for permission to change setting in my
favorites list for internet explorer. I assumed these were new changes that
were trying to take place. Instead, it has now half of my favorites links - I
need them. Do you know how I can get them back?

Simple dont give premission to it to change yours settings

I realize that now - I want to know if there is a way to recover what I lost.
