ant-virus uninstallation

I have a problem uninstalling Norton antivirus.
I get the message-C:/program files/Navnt/navnt.isu' is not
valid or yhe data has been corrupted.Uninstallation will
not continue.
How do I solve this?

Will it let you reinstall it and then start over? In my experience it will
say Already installed, install will not continue, then when you try to
uninstall it will give the same message you already got. If that is what
happens when you try to reinstall you have a problem.

Try the reinstall first and see, if you can't someone here will help you
clear it out of the registry I expect, about the only way I know of to get
rid of it once this "Endless Loop" starts.
