ANSI / UNICODE

Is there a way within Exchange System Manager to find out if a mailbox,
set of mailboxes, or exchange server is using ANSI or Unicode?

What is the most reliable way to go about finding this out? I've worked
with the group policy but if there is another way to set the mailboxes
to Unicode I would rather take that route.

Exchange is not the one to monitor but the clients and even then it's about
the ost-files and pst-files being created by the client. New Outlook 2003
profiles connecting to Exchange 2000 or 2003 will by default generate
UNICODE formatted ost-files.
