Another Startup Problem

When I start XP, I get the following:
User interface has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Error Signature
AppName: msascui.exe
AppVer: 1.1.1051.0
ModName: msascui.exe
ModVer: 1.1.1051.0
Offset: 0002922f
