is there anyway to combine my xp home oem (Dell full version) with my xp pro
upgrade disk to make one bootable cd?
the is an image file on the dell cd, even though its not Microsoft
corporation.img it still works.
I tried copying all contents of the xp home disk to a folder and then
overwriting with the xp pro disk. this did leave a lot of the original
files.
when I go to create the boot cd roxio won't let me use the file names on the
xp home disk. the dell disk uses a folder called $OEM$ and I can't use that.

any tips appreciated, I want to have an updated disk handy next time I
"experiment" with motherboard and would like to have it all on one disk.

thanks

Nope, you need a "Full Version" of Windows XP Professional.
