another reboot problem

I have a couple of Win2k machines stuck in constant reboot mode. I know
there is a way to kill the auto reboot on Blue Screen from outside the OS,
but it's been a while since I have had to do it. Does anyone know how.
Machines reboot too fast on BSOD to note what the stop error is.

System will not boot in safe or last known either. Thanks!

I was able to turn off auto reboot by using a parallel install and
then
edit off the auto-reboot value from the reg of the failed install.
