I was looking in event viewer, under security and I found a lot of failures.
The messege says "Please run IPSec monitor snap-in to further diagnose the
problem," The only problem is that I don't have ipsecmon.exe, so I can't run
some snap-in. Not that I know what the snap-in is or where to get it either.
Would someone tell me how to get it and how to get the snap-in?

Thanks In Advance

What is the specific event ID? Double click on the event and you should see
a button to press that will copy the content to the clipboard so you can
post the whole message here without retyping.

Hi,

Go to http://microsoft.com/downloads
Search under WinXP for "ipsec", you will only get one result, and it should
be what you are looking for.

Rick, I went there and came up with "DCOM Vulnerabilities IPSec Mitigation
Tools" There was a download link but when I clicked on it, I got "You are
not authorized to view this page" Is there any other way to get it?

I still get the not authorized messege. Would you email it to me?
