I have been using the email merge feature in oulook/word for 5 years. We have recently upgraded to office 2003 and xp pro sp2. I receive the security warning "automatically send email on your behalf...". We found a security. We went through the same problem when we upgraded to outlook 2002, but was able to find a registry update to disable this "new feature". I have downloaded "ClickYes" which is an ok fix when the mail merge is small, however, I have 3000 clients who subscribe to a newsletter and the ClickYes application in not a very elagant solution at this volume of emailing. I am suprised I have not found any other users complaining about this "security feature". Anyone have any suggestions that does not require extensive VB skills???

To avoid security prompts, set the format of the mail merge message output
to HTML.
