Another Newsreader Question

I've gotten Outlook Express to work as a newsreader. But I am rusty now on
using it. If I remember, I should use the Reply Group icon to reply to a
post (not the Reply button). But if I click Reply Group, then type my reply
and click Send, it asks "Do you want to send this reply to the entire
newsgroup?" This question makes no sense to me. Should I click Yes or No?
