Another "form won't send to e-mail" question

Ok, so I'm getting the same thing basically everyone else is getting. I've
created my form, I want to send it to my e-mail address, but I get a message
saing something to the effect of...."Front Page can't send to this e-mail
address...Delete the e-mail address..." Guys have said to just click "No" and
go on and it'll still work.

Well, mine doesn't. I've tried and tried, and when I fill out the form, I
get the _derived Nortbots message (page can't be found). I've called my host
and they support the forms and FP Extensions. Everythings set up and ready
to go, but I'm not doing something on my end. Can someone please help me
out? Check out my website, and see for yourself.

it's www.baileylove.com click on Pre-Need and then click on "Online
Pre-need Form" at the bottom of that page.

Any help would be appreciated to finally fix this problem!

Oh, my host said that the "submit" button isn't connected to send to my
e-mail address for some reason.... Argh!

Thanks in advance!

If you have created the form on your local machine, responded no to removing the email address, you
must publish the form to a server that has the FP extensions via http://www.yourdomainname.com and
the host must have configured the extensions on the server to process email from FP forms or it will
not work. If the form is upload in any manner other than using the File Menu | Publish Web / Site
command, the form will NOT work.

Well, I first published it with WS_FTP uploader, but then I tried the
"Publish Site" throught FrontPage, and neither worked.

You must have FP server extensions installed on the host server.

You must have the host configure the forms to email transport on the host
server.

You must http publish to the host server.

FTP will corrup the extensions, and your host must repair or reinstall the
extensions.

Uploading with third party ftp will usually break the FP extensions.

Have the host repair/reinstall the extensions and Re-Publish as outlined previously. Some hosts have an online control panel that will allow you to remove/reinstall FP extensions, if yours does you may be able to do it yourself.

Yeah, I just spoke with GoDaddy.com, and they told me to un-install FP
Extensions, and then re-install. So hopefully tomorrow, everything will
work. I appreciate everything guys! Thanks!
