ANN: FMFR - FoxMail add-on to rearrange FM mailbox folders

FoxMail is a great eMail client, but lacks the possibility to rearrange
the mail folders. Now, thanks to a programmer known by the nick name of
"Wizard" there is an external, stand alone little tool that can just do
that.

The tool is released by the author as freeware, and can be downloaded
from:
