I've downloaded animation smileys to microsoft outlook.
When attaching a animation smiley to send an e-mail, only the picture
appears. No animation.
How can I change the settings to correct this fault?

You won't see the animation in Outlook, but if it's an animated GIF, your
recipients will see the animation.
