Animation Question

I have a word running vertically down the screen as an acronym. I then want
the rest of the word/sentence to come in to join up with the letter. Does the
letter have to be in a separate text box to the rest of the sentence. Any
help would be appreciated.

Seperate text boxes is one way, the only way I know to use one textbox would
be to use this method (Have all the sentence except letter one background
colour)
