Animated Text breaks up

PPt 2003

I have 14pt Times Roman text with drop shadow, which is performing an
entrance animation (Peak or Wipe, mostly). This text is broken up... looks
like part of the text in missing... just not crisp and sharp like the
non-animating text with the same font, size and shadow. It looks this way
playing presentation from CD or from hard drive. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
