animated marquee in outlook 2003

I created an animated marquee signture in an html page and load it into outlook's signature, but the marquee is not animated or functioned at all. I have outlook 2002 also and it works, but not 2003. THank you

Why would you want to do that to your recipients?

Often animation doesn't appear on the sender side but does on the recipient
side. Did you test end-to-end?
