Every year I like to send out an animated gif with mp3 sound personalised
greeting card. This I create in front page and the files are saved on an ftp
site. Previously I had outlook 2003 so this wasn't a problem, unknowingly I
upgraded to 2007 and now can't receive this message nor send them or so it
seems - which means my clients also won't be able to view the message. I
need a solution for sending these so the receivers i.e. with outlook 2007 can
still receive the message instead of just a static file with no sound. Pse
can someone help me with a format or advise on how I go about it?

You can send and receive it - but the gif won't be animated unless you use
'view in browser'. On an open message, look at the actions chunk - other
actions dropdown. It's near the bottom.

Great - it works, but now what about the sound file? Sending from frontpage
same process and viewing in browser opens the animated gif but doesn't give
me the sound (it is an mp3 loaded to an ftp site as well)?

The sound should also work in the browser, but it may depend on the browser
configuration.
