animated clips

When I download the animated clips from the Microsoft web site and insert it
into my outlook 2003, it does not animate. How do I get it to animate?

The graphic should animate once you save/send the item in question. (Its
normal behavior when first composing for just the first frame of the gif to
show. Also, using Word as your e-mail editor adds a dynamic to what you see
or don't see.)
