Turn it off, then turn it back on, when the keyboard lights flash or when
the computer beeps, hit the del key repeatedly...............

One cannot "boot" into the BIOS, only into an operating system. The
BIOS would need be entered well before the OS loads and boots.

As for entering the BIOS, only you know what motherboard and BIOS you
have, so only you know the answer to your question. ;-}
