+ and - on worksheet

I want to know how to make 4 columns collapse in to the final column with the
+ and - symbol at the top of the worksheet.

What you are looking for is "Group & Outline" found under the "Data" menu.
You will need to read the "Help" information on this because there are a
couple of tricks to it.
