Please provide the following information, for troubleshooting purposes:
1) Version of Outlook
2) Email environment (Exchange, POP3, etc.)
3) Any error messages and/or numbers
4) Any troubleshooting you have already done, so we don't recommend you
duplicate your tasks
1) office 2003
2) POP3
3) no numbers, just the referenced error message in a window of its own.
4) tried rebooting but thats all.
